Individual sessions
The aim of a session with us is to activate your own high energy and to recognise it. The process is accompanied by a self-directed cleansing — at the level of energy — of interference, contracts, blocks, traumas and whatever has been suppressed or gone unnoticed. We create a supportive space for building better contact with your spiritual aspects, recognising false identities, expanding intuition and strengthening creation.
The sessions are not hypnosis.
What a session is not
HTG sessions are spiritual and developmental in nature. They are not therapy, psychotherapy, psychological counselling, diagnosis, treatment or a medical service, and they do not replace the help of a doctor, psychologist or psychotherapist. We work in an unconventional way, based on deep intuition. We go beyond scientific frameworks, so treat whatever comes up in a session as inspiration, not as advice.
We do not promise any specific health, life or financial outcomes. If you are receiving treatment or going through a serious crisis, talk to a doctor or therapist before booking a session.
How a session works
We meet on Zoom for about 1.5 hours. The first 30 minutes are for you to tell us what brings you to the session (you can send us your topics in advance if you feel that would help).
This conversation is an important stage, because connections between events already start to emerge — we then ask about what we see as linked. After that we move on to the session as you know it from the recordings, where an image appears that leads the way, shown by your energetic parts.
How to prepare
It is important to make sure you have calm, suitable conditions during the session so you can listen and fully experience it. We recommend taking the day off work.
We recommend listening to as many sessions on our channel as possible before your own. Sessions also change over time — some elements stay for longer, others are not constant; you can feel this when listening to older sessions.
Recording
After the session you will receive a link to the recording — for you only. If the session were to be published, we would ask for your consent first; you can then point out any passages to be cut.
The session really begins the moment you decide and book. It is a time of change.
