Hacking The Game Session Terms
Version 4.5 · in force since 8 June 2026
📄 Download the Terms — Polish original (.docx)
We want every HTG Session to take place in an atmosphere of trust and safety. This document describes the rules that protect both you and us — so that we can fully focus on what matters most: your growth.
If you have any questions about these Terms, write to us: htg@htgsesje.pl.
1. Who we are
- Service Administrator — Pilot PSA with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 5253085101, REGON 544401249, e-mail: htg@htgsesje.pl. The Service Administrator is the party to the contract with the Participant.
- HTG Team — the people who run HTG Sessions and Meetings as part of the Hacking The Game initiative. They contact you from e-mail addresses in the @htgsesje.pl domain.
- Facilitator — Natalia, the person who leads every HTG Session using the proprietary HTG methodology.
- Session Operator — a person who assists the Facilitator during an HTG Session. When booking, the Participant may indicate a preferred Operator or leave the choice to the HTG Team.
- Interpreter — a person who takes part in an HTG Session or Meeting as an oral interpreter, interpreting the course of the session into another language for the Participant. An Interpreter may be assigned by the HTG Team at the Participant’s request or when the language of the session is not the Participant’s native language. The Interpreter is bound by confidentiality on the terms of section 7.4.
- HTG Session — a one-off online conversation of approximately 90 minutes devoted to personal development, led by the Facilitator alone or with the assistance of a Session Operator, using the proprietary HTG methodology.
- Meeting — an online group event for several to a dozen or so people, devoted to exchanging views and deepening awareness, run by the HTG Team. Details in section 2.
- Participant — a natural person who concludes a contract with the Service Administrator for an HTG Session or a Meeting. A Participant may be an adult with full legal capacity, or a person aged 16–17 — only after providing the written consent of their legal representative (Annex C). Persons under the age of 16 cannot take part.
- Applicant — a person who has submitted an enquiry about an HTG Session via htgcyou.com, but whose booking has not yet been accepted by the HTG Team. Upon acceptance, the Applicant becomes a Participant.
- Subscription — a service providing access to the HTG Recording Library. Details in section 4.
- HTG Recording Library — the collection of recordings of HTG Sessions and Meetings published by the Service Administrator, available in the client panel on htgcyou.com.
- Account — the individual client panel on htgcyou.com, used to conclude contracts, make payments, manage consents and access recordings.
- Consumer — a Participant who is a natural person concluding a contract not directly related to their business or professional activity (Art. 221 of the Polish Civil Code).
- Business day — Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays.
2. How HTG sessions work
2.1 Running the session
Every HTG Session is led by Natalia — alone or with the assistance of a Session Operator. When booking, you choose the type of session:
- Session with Natalia — led by the Facilitator alone.
- Assisted session — led by Natalia with the assistance of a Session Operator. You can indicate a preferred Operator or leave the choice to the HTG Team.
2.2 The nature of the Operator’s role
The subject of the contract is an HTG Session led by Natalia. The Operator’s participation is auxiliary and is not a guaranteed service.
When booking an “Assisted session”, you can indicate a preferred Operator. This indication is an organisational preference, not a contractual obligation of the Service Administrator — the participation of a specific Operator is not guaranteed. The Service Administrator may at any time, without giving reasons and without prior notice, assign a different Operator or decide not to provide assistance at a given session. A change of Operator does not affect the price or nature of the session and does not constitute grounds for withdrawing from the contract or claiming a refund.
The main service remains the HTG Session with Natalia — this is what determines the content of the contract.
2.3 Right to refuse to provide a session
The Service Administrator reserves the right to refuse to provide an HTG Session before it begins — in particular where the conduct of the Applicant or Participant violates the principles of mutual respect. In the event of refusal, the deposit paid will be refunded in full within 7 business days. This provision is without prejudice to the rules of section 6 (Safety of the space).
Extended verification procedure. In cases giving rise to justified doubts as to whether the Session can be conducted safely and meaningfully (in particular where the content or form of the request, previous communication with the HTG Team or publicly available information point to a risk of breaching the rules of section 6 — Safety of the space), the Service Administrator may, before deciding whether to accept the booking:
- ask the Applicant to clarify their motivation and expectations in writing (by e-mail), setting out specific questions;
- extend the time for considering the booking to 14 business days from the date of receiving the supplementary information.
Failure to respond within 14 days of the request for clarification being sent is treated as withdrawal of the request. The amount paid is then refunded in full within 7 business days.
After analysing the response, the Service Administrator decides whether to accept or refuse the Session. In the event of refusal, the deposit is refunded in full within 7 business days using the same payment method, and the decision is communicated in writing, stating the category of justification chosen from: “lack of methodological readiness”, “not a fit for the HTG offer”, “organisational reasons”, “protecting the safety of the space” — without any obligation to give a detailed description of the grounds for the decision.
The extended verification procedure is exceptional and is not applied to Applicants in general. Its use is not discriminatory and does not infringe the Polish Act of 3 December 2010 on the implementation of certain provisions of European Union law on equal treatment.
2.4 Booking and how the session runs
As a rule, the Session takes place online. To get the most out of it, please make sure you have:
- a stable internet connection,
- a working camera and microphone,
- a quiet place where you can talk freely.
Equipment failures or internet problems on your side do not extend the duration of the session and do not constitute grounds for a refund. If technical problems occur on the HTG Team’s side — we will make up the time or arrange a new date at no extra cost.
If you show up for a session or Meeting, but technical problems on your side prevent you from taking part (no internet, power cut, other random events) — we will assign you another date at no extra cost. The fee is non-refundable, but it is not forfeited.
2.5 Meetings
Meetings are online group events for several to a dozen or so Participants. They are held in an audio-video format (each Participant sees and hears the others) and take the form of an open conversation.
You book your place at a Meeting on htgcyou.com. The group format means that your statements and image are visible to the other Participants, and once the Meeting has been recorded and published it is not technically possible to selectively remove your statements (they are inseparably linked to the statements of other people). We urge you to be careful about disclosing particularly sensitive information (health, intimacy, trauma) — you can refrain from speaking at any time.
3. Purchasing sessions, payments and refunds
3.1 Conclusion of the contract
You book an HTG Session on htgcyou.com. When booking, you choose the type of session, your preferred date and, optionally, an Operator, make the payment and submit your request. The contract is concluded when the HTG Team accepts the booking. Until then, the amount paid constitutes a deposit.
If the Service Administrator refuses to provide the session (section 2.3), the deposit will be refunded in full within 7 business days using the same payment method.
3.2 Payments
- Payment is made via htgcyou.com (Stripe — cards, BLIK, Przelewy24) or by bank transfer.
- Invoices and accounting documents are made available in the client panel and sent by e-mail.
3.3 Right of withdrawal (14 days)
A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion (i.e. from the date the booking is accepted), without giving any reason. All you need to do is send a statement to htg@htgsesje.pl (template: Annex A).
The right of withdrawal expires earlier — only if:
- an individual Session has been fully performed before the 14 days have elapsed — provided that, before it began, you expressly requested that the service start and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal (Art. 38(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act);
- digital content (Subscription) has been supplied to you before the 14 days have elapsed — provided you gave your express consent at purchase and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal (Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
The relevant statements are collected via separate checkboxes at purchase.
If you requested that the service start before the 14 days elapsed and you withdraw after the service has been partially performed, you will pay an amount proportionate to the extent of the services performed up to the moment of withdrawal.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same method.
3.4 Invoices
Invoices are issued using the details provided at purchase and made available in the client panel.
3.5 Purchasing a place at a Meeting
You purchase a place at a Meeting in the spotkania.htg.cyou portal. The fee covers one Meeting; you can buy places at many Meetings, including several at once. After payment, the HTG Team assigns you to the nearest available group — the date and the link to the Meeting appear in your panel. The prices of individual Meetings are shown in the portal before purchase.
4. Subscriptions — access to the HTG Recording Library
4.1 Subscription options
- Single recording — a one-off purchase of access to a selected, published recording. Access is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
- Monthly package — access to the monthly set of several recordings published every month (labelled with the name of the month, e.g. “January 2026 package”). Access to the purchased set is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
- Annual package — access to twelve consecutive monthly sets, starting from the month chosen by the Participant at purchase (the current month or one of the following six). The package also covers sets not yet published — access to them is granted immediately, and the recordings appear in the panel on the publication day of the given set. Access to each of the twelve sets is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase of the annual package.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically — once the purchased package has been used, the Participant may make another purchase at any time. Payment is taken once, at the time of purchase.
4.2 No refunds
Once a Subscription (single recording, Monthly package, Annual package) has been purchased and the content made available in the client panel, the amount paid is non-refundable. Subscriptions are digital content within the meaning of Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act — the Participant loses the right of withdrawal once performance begins, after giving express consent at purchase (separate checkbox: “I request that the digital content be made available before the 14 days have elapsed and I acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal”).
4.3 Price changes
The price of each Subscription is set at the time of purchase and does not change for an already paid package throughout its 24-month validity period. The Service Administrator may change the prices of future Subscriptions at any time — price changes do not apply to purchases made before the change.
4.4 Defects in digital content
In the event of defects in digital content, you are entitled to the rights under Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal).
4.5 Continuity of the service
We guarantee that the HTG Recording Library and access to purchased Subscriptions will be maintained for their validity period (24 months from the date of purchase). Should the service be discontinued before this period ends, we will inform you at least 90 days in advance and refund a proportionate part of the fee for the unused period.
5. Rescheduling
5.1 At your initiative
- You can change the date of a session or Meeting no later than 24 hours before it starts — at no additional cost. You will receive a new date and pay nothing extra.
- You request the change in the client panel (for a Meeting — with the “I can’t attend” button, see section 5.4) or by writing to htg@htgsesje.pl.
- Due to the Facilitator’s limited availability, the waiting time for a new date may be longer (even up to several months).
5.2 Late cancellation and no-show
A change of date or cancellation notified later than 24 hours before the session or Meeting, as well as failure to attend (no-show), means that the amount paid is forfeited — it is non-refundable. The funds cover the Facilitator’s reserved time and the HTG Team’s organisational costs. This applies to both individual sessions and group Meetings.
This rule is additionally confirmed by a separate statement (checkbox) when booking a session — before making payment, the Participant expressly accepts the cancellation terms.
In documented emergencies (illness, sudden event), the HTG Team may offer a new date at no extra cost — at its own discretion, taking into account the Facilitator’s availability.
This provision is without prejudice to the right of withdrawal under section 3.3.
5.3 At our initiative
If, for important reasons, we have to reschedule your session, we will contact you without delay. The choice is yours:
- another available date,
- a voucher valid for 12 months,
- a full refund of the amount paid within 7 business days.
5.4 Rescheduling a Meeting
If you cannot attend the Meeting you have been assigned to, you can request a different date no later than 24 hours before it starts — in the panel (“I can’t attend” button). We then release your place and move you, with priority, to the next available date; the fee is not forfeited and we do not charge anything extra.
Less than 24 hours before the Meeting, you can no longer change the date yourself, and in the event of absence without notice the place is deemed to have been used. In documented emergencies (illness, sudden event), section 5.2 applies accordingly — the HTG Team may offer another date at its own discretion.
6. Nature of the sessions and your responsibility
HTG Sessions are purely inspirational and developmental in nature. An HTG Session is based on unconventional ways of working with intuition and extrasensory perception. Since these methods go beyond standard scientific frameworks, the session should be treated as a form of non-measurable inspiration, not as firm guidance. By taking part in a session, you accept its subjective and experimental nature.
Our sessions are not a form of diagnosis, psychological therapy, psychotherapy, or medical, legal or financial advice. If you are struggling with physical or mental health problems or need professional help — we encourage you to contact an appropriate specialist.
- Helpline for Adults in Emotional Crisis (Poland) — 116 123 (free, anonymous)
- Support Centre for Adults in Crisis (Poland) — 800 70 22 22 (24/7)
- Helpline for Children and Young People (Poland) — 116 111
The HTG Team shares its insights, but you are the creator of your own life. We encourage you to make your own decisions and to consult specialists before making significant changes to your health, career or finances.
6.1 No guarantee of results
HTG Sessions are developmental and subjective in nature — the Service Administrator makes no promises or guarantees that any particular results in life, health or finances will be achieved.
6.2 Liability
The Service Administrator is liable to the Consumer for non-performance or improper performance of the contract under the general rules of the Polish Civil Code.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service Administrator’s liability towards a Participant who is not a Consumer is limited to the equivalent of the price paid for the given HTG Session; this limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or to personal injury.
In relation to Consumers, we exclude liability only for indirect damage and lost profits, to the extent permitted by law; full liability for personal injury and for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence remains unaffected.
6.3 Safety of the space
To protect the quality of the space and mutual safety, the Facilitator has the right to interrupt the session or refuse to continue it if the Participant behaves aggressively, violates personal boundaries or is — in the Facilitator’s judgement — visibly under the influence of psychoactive substances. In such flagrant cases, the session fee is non-refundable. This provision applies to situations arising during the session.
7. Recordings and confidentiality
7.1 Recording as part of the service
Every HTG Session is recorded in audio and video. Recording is an integral part of the HTG Session service and is necessary to perform it (among other things, for your access to the recording in the client panel and for documenting the process). The legal basis for processing data for this purpose is performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Without consent to recording, it is not technically possible to perform an HTG Session — we inform you of this clearly before the contract is concluded.
Group Meetings are also recorded (audio-video) on the terms of this section. Because of the group format, the recording covers all Participants together and it is not possible to selectively remove an individual statement (see section 2.5).
7.2 Your access to the recording
- We will make the recording available to you for playback in the client panel within 7 days of the session.
- The recording is for your private use — you can come back to it freely in the client panel.
- All economic copyrights to the recording (as an audiovisual work) belong to the Service Administrator. The recording is not downloaded or handed over to the Participant as a file.
- Publishing, sharing, distributing or copying the recording (in whole or in part) by the Participant is not permitted.
7.3 Ban on making your own recordings
So that everyone can feel at ease, the Participant is strictly prohibited from recording the session themselves (audio, video, screen recording). The official and only recording is made by the HTG Team.
Breaking this ban (e.g. secret recording) means the session is ended immediately, with no refund of the fee. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of infringement of our personal rights and copyrights.
7.4 Confidentiality
The HTG Team treats the content of every session as confidential. The information you entrust to us will not be shared with third parties — except in situations required by law or where the session is published on the terms of section 8.
The HTG Team may post information on htgcyou.com about sessions currently being held, using only the Participant’s first name (without surname), e.g. “session for Anna”.
7.5 Storage and deletion
- Original recording (the full session in the client panel): at least 24 months from the date of the session.
- Recordings published on HTG channels (HTG Recording Library, HTG YouTube channel, htgcyou.com): indefinitely — they form the HTG archive and are part of the subscription service and the public presence of the initiative.
- Excerpts used in informational materials: indefinitely, within the scope of the consents given.
- Anonymised excerpts (without image or with the voice altered beyond recognition + without the first name/identifying data): indefinitely, with no channel restrictions.
- Technical copies (backup): up to 90 days after deletion of the main recording.
You can ask at any time for the original recording to be deleted from your client panel earlier by writing to htg@htgsesje.pl — we will honour the request within 30 days. Deleting the recording in the client panel does not affect recordings already published on HTG channels under section 8.
If the account is deleted, original recordings are erased, except for: (a) accounting data (up to 5 years), (b) data necessary to defend against claims (until they become time-barred), (c) recordings and excerpts published under section 8 — these remain in the HTG archive in accordance with the rules of section 8.
7.6 Information from the HTG Team — the dissolution principle
All information, insights, guidance and observations conveyed to the Participant by the HTG Team (in particular by the Facilitator) — during an HTG Session and outside it (phone calls, messages, Meetings, informal conversations) — are a transformational impulse addressed solely to that Participant and solely for the purposes of their personal process.
The Participant undertakes:
- to treat the information received as a one-off impulse — once it has been received and integrated, the information should be released: not written down, repeated, quoted or shared, and not used in conversations with other people (other Participants, friends, family, on social media) or in any other context outside their own inner process;
- not to treat the content conveyed as statements of fact or as information about other people — the HTG Team’s insights are intuitive, subjective and non-literal in nature, are part of the proprietary HTG methodology (section 9.2) and may not be passed on as information about anyone;
- in case of any doubt about the content or meaning of the information received — to contact only the HTG Team, directly (htg@htgsesje.pl), and not to seek interpretations from other Participants.
Duration. This obligation is of unlimited duration and does not expire when the Session ends or the Account is deleted — it stems from the nature of the transformational process, not from technical access to the content.
Reliability of content attributed to the HTG Team. The only reliable sources of the content of communications from the HTG Team are:
- official recordings of HTG Sessions and Meetings made by the HTG Team (section 7.1),
- written messages sent from e-mail addresses in the @htgsesje.pl domain,
- messages in the client panel on htgcyou.com.
Content passed on orally by third parties (“I heard from someone that the HTG Team said…”) is not a reliable source and cannot form the basis of claims against the Service Administrator, the HTG Team or the Facilitator. This provision sets out a contractual allocation of the burden of credibility and does not exclude statutory means of evidence in court proceedings.
8. Publication of sessions
Publishing recordings helps to reduce the costs of organisation and to inspire other people. The HTG model assumes that publication of the session is part of the service — the price of an HTG Session reflects this model and includes the Participant’s remuneration for taking part in a recording published on HTG channels (in accordance with Art. 81(2)(2) of the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights).
8.1 Publication on HTG channels (part of the contract)
When you conclude the contract for an HTG Session, you grant the Service Administrator indefinite, territorially unlimited and non-exclusive consent to publish the recording of your session (in whole or in part, after editing) on HTG’s own channels:
- HTG Recording Library (client panel on htgcyou.com, available as part of the Subscription),
- Hacking The Game YouTube channel,
- the htgcyou.com website and its subpages,
- translations of the above publications into other languages (subtitles, voice-over, dubbing) and their distribution in multilingual versions of the Library, the YouTube channel and the htgcyou.com website.
The consent covers the dissemination of the image and voice captured in the recording (Art. 81 of the Polish Copyright Act).
Publication on HTG channels does not require separate GDPR consent, as it is part of the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — we inform you of this clearly when you book.
8.2 Indicating excerpts to be cut (7 days)
After the recording is made available in the client panel, you have 7 calendar days to indicate the excerpts you want cut from the published version. You submit your request in the client panel or to htg@htgsesje.pl.
If no request is made within 7 days, you are deemed to accept the published version. We will make every effort to take the indicated excerpts into account when editing, provided this does not prevent the material from remaining coherent. In the event of a conflict (an indicated excerpt makes it impossible to publish meaningful material), we will contact you.
8.3 Anonymised excerpts
The Service Administrator has the right to use anonymised excerpts — i.e. those in which:
- the Participant’s image is not shown (e.g. voice only, or a shot not showing the Participant), or
- the Participant’s voice has been altered beyond recognition (modulation, narrator, voice-over),
and in which the Participant’s first name or other identifying data are not given.
Excerpts anonymised in this way do not constitute personal data within the meaning of the GDPR and may be used without channel restrictions — on social media, in informational materials, in public appearances by the HTG Team, etc.
8.4 Additional consents (voluntary)
Apart from publication on HTG channels, you can give additional, voluntary consents when booking and in the client panel:
- Consent Z2 — Social media. I allow the recording (in whole or in part, with my image and voice) to be published on Hacking The Game’s social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Consent Z3 — Informational materials. I allow excerpts of the recording to be used in the Service Administrator’s informational materials (advertisements, newsletters, presentations, event materials).
Consents Z2 and Z3 are entirely voluntary — refusing them does not affect your ability to have an HTG Session or its price. You can withdraw either of these consents at any time in the client panel or by writing to htg@htgsesje.pl.
8.5 Withdrawing consents Z2 / Z3 after publication
After you withdraw Consent Z2 or Z3:
- we will remove the material from the channels covered by the consent within 30 business days (up to 60 days for edited materials involving third parties),
- the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of publication made before the request,
- we are not responsible for copies distributed by third parties (e.g. re-uploads), beyond the obligation to take reasonable steps to have them removed,
- it does not affect publication on HTG channels (section 8.1) or anonymised excerpts (section 8.3) — these result from the contract, not from a separate consent.
8.6 Meetings — publication
Meetings are recorded and may be published on HTG channels (section 8.1), together with translations, as part of the Subscription and on the YouTube channel. Due to the group nature of Meetings and the inseparability of statements, it is not technically possible to selectively remove the statements of an individual Participant after recording.
Before the Meeting, we inform you of this clearly and ask you to confirm that you understand (separate checkbox). Without this confirmation, you cannot take part in the Meeting.
8.7 Minors
We do not publish sessions or statements of Participants under the age of 18 on any channel (Library, YouTube, social media, informational materials) — regardless of the consent of their legal representative. For Participants aged 16–17, the session is recorded solely for the Participant’s private use in the client panel and for documentation purposes.
9. Copyright and the HTG methodology
9.1 Copyright
The Service Administrator holds the economic copyrights to:
- recordings of HTG Sessions and Meetings as audiovisual works,
- scripts, written materials, educational materials and graphic marks,
- creative elements of the HTG methodology fixed in the form of a work.
9.2 Know-how and trade secrets
The HTG methodology, insofar as it does not constitute a work within the meaning of copyright law, is the protected know-how and trade secret of the Service Administrator. Participation in an HTG Session does not grant the Participant:
- the right to teach, certify or commercially use the HTG methodology,
- the right to create training, courses or materials based on the HTG methodology,
- the right to use HTG marks.
9.3 Fields of exploitation of recordings
To the extent arising from section 8 of the Terms, the Service Administrator may use the recordings in the following fields of exploitation:
- fixation and reproduction by any technique,
- publication on the internet (HTG Recording Library, HTG YouTube channel, htgcyou.com, and — once Consent Z2 has been obtained — also on social media),
- placing on the market as part of the Subscription,
- translating the recordings into other languages (subtitles, voice-over, dubbing) and distributing them in multilingual versions of the HTG Recording Library, the YouTube channel and the htgcyou.com website,
- creating compilations, edits and informational materials (within the scope of Consent Z3),
- use of anonymised excerpts (section 8.3) with no channel restrictions.
10. Privacy, personal data and sensitive data
We protect your data in accordance with the GDPR. Details — what data we collect, for what purpose, how long we store it and what rights you have — can be found in the Privacy Policy and in Annex B.
10.1 Layers of legal bases
- Creating an account and performing the contract — ordinary data (first name, e-mail, billing details, session recording) — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Special category data disclosed during the session — Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (your explicit consent).
- Additional publication consents (Z2, Z3) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR + Art. 81 of the Polish Copyright Act.
- Marketing and news about what’s new — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- Accounting obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
You can withdraw any consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
10.2 Special category data
During an HTG Session, special category data (Art. 9 GDPR) may be disclosed, in particular:
- data concerning health (physical and mental),
- data concerning religious, philosophical or political beliefs,
- data concerning sex life and sexual orientation,
- data concerning a traumatic past, addictions and family relationships.
You are not obliged to disclose any of this data — you work with whatever you are ready for. The data is processed solely on the basis of your explicit, informed consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) and solely for the purpose of performing the HTG Session.
10.3 Access to recordings and data
Access to your recordings and data is limited to:
- the Facilitator and the assigned Session Operator (on a strict need-to-know basis),
- the assigned Interpreter — with respect to the session in which they take part and recordings passed on for translation,
- the people responsible for editing and publishing recordings — to the extent arising from section 8,
- the Service Administrator’s technical administrators (on a strict need-to-know basis).
All these people are bound by confidentiality under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) or confidentiality agreements.
10.4 No automation or analytics on session data
The content of HTG Sessions (recordings, the Participant’s statements) is not processed by automated means — it is not subject to profiling, to automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, or to any other form of automated content analysis.
Technical data (logs, client panel usage statistics) is processed in order to maintain the service — without any link to the content of sessions.
10.5 Withdrawal of consent
- Withdrawing consent to the processing of sensitive data may make further sessions impossible.
- Withdrawing publication consents Z2/Z3 — see section 8.5.
- Withdrawing marketing consent — in the client panel.
- Some data may still be retained where required by law or for the defence of claims.
11. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
- Please submit complaints to htg@htgsesje.pl. We will consider every matter within 14 days of receipt and inform you of the outcome by e-mail.
- If you are not satisfied with the outcome, as a Consumer you can use out-of-court dispute resolution methods: the consumer ombudsman (district or municipal), the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (WIIH), or the permanent consumer arbitration court at the WIIH.
12. Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)
Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations caused by force majeure — i.e. extraordinary, unforeseeable events beyond the parties’ control (e.g. infrastructure failures, natural disasters, acts of public authorities).
If force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract with a full refund of the amount paid.
13. Changes to the Terms
- We may amend the Terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in the law, changes in the scope of services). We will publish the new version on htgcyou.com.
- For contracts already concluded (HTG Session, purchased Subscription), the Terms in force on the date the contract was concluded / the purchase was made apply throughout the validity period of that contract / package.
- A change that is solely beneficial to the Participant or results directly from legal provisions takes effect on the date of publication.
14. Final provisions
- Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law.
- Disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction under the Polish Code of Civil Procedure (for Consumers — the court having jurisdiction for their place of residence).
- The Terms enter into force on the date of their publication on htgcyou.com.
- Payment processing is handled by Pilot PSA.
